The Indian Counter will allow you to create your very own curry. Maybe you like it extra spicy, or maybe very mild, what ever your preference just inform the chef, and within a couple of minutes it will be ready.
The beauty of our concept is that you can choose exactly what you want, as opposed to traditional buffet restaurants where you are limited to the choice of the pre-set buffet.
