At the Indian counter, our chef will prepare both authentic vegetarian or non-vegetarian curries from various regions of India which can be served piping hot while you wait. If you prefer, choose from the selection already placed fresh in the chafing dishes. Freshly baked naan, parathas and roti are readily available from the Tandoor.
Interact with the Chinese stir fry chef who will rustle up a stir fry from the ingredients that you have chosen.
Chefs will be happy to cook you your very own masala dosa (Indian pancake with fillings and sambhar sauces)…a South Indian speciality.
At the kebab factory you can see the mastery of our chef at first hand, as he cooks outstanding Indian starters like Sheek Kebab and Chicken Tikka on the Charcoal Sigri. This is one of the most popular styles of cooking quick snacks in India.
Pasta & Pizza
Our Italian chef will cook your own fresh pasta with a choice of sauce, or your own thin crust pizza. A wide selection of fresh toppings are available.
The extensive salad counter is full of crisp vegetables and delicately flavoured salads from Mediterranean like Caesar salad to Indian chats.
Of course you’ll need to save room for the huge selection of freshly made desserts to finish off your feast! Classics like the black forest gateaux, authentic Indian desserts like gulab jambu and ras malai and the Italian tiramisu are all among the favourites.
